Terms of Service

BY PURCHASING ANY OF MY SERVICES, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO FOLLOW THEM.

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a commission.

By purchasing a commission, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute through any payment provider or payment method. If you have an issue with a commission or payment, please contact me directly so the matter can be resolved.

Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€).

  • The payment method will be agreed upon when discussing the commission.

  • Full payment is required before I start working on the artwork.

  • For high-value or commercial projects, a different payment schedule may be agreed upon in advance.

  • The agreed price may change if the scope or requirements of the commission change after the project has started.

Cancellation
& Refunds

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Please make sure you want to proceed with the commission before making payment.

  • If I cancel the commission myself, the client will receive a full refund.

  • The client may not request a refund simply because they have changed their mind after payment.

  • Chargebacks and payment disputes are not permitted, regardless of the payment method or payment provider used.

Revisions

  • Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included in the commission price.

  • Additional revisions may be charged separately depending on the amount of work required.

  • Revisions refer to changes to the agreed artwork. Major changes or requests that substantially alter the original brief may require an additional fee.

General
Terms

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

  • Contact and payment details will remain confidential. The client and artist will not share each other's personal or contact details with third parties.

  • The commission is for personal use only, unless commercial usage has been specifically discussed and agreed upon.

  • For commercial commissions, please contact me to discuss the project, requirements and budget.

Usage Policy

ARTIST RIGHTS

  • As the artist, I retain the rights to the artwork I produce. Therefore:

  • I may post the artwork on social media and use it for promotional purposes.

  • I may display the artwork in my public and private portfolios.

  • The artwork may be posted on Patreon, unless otherwise agreed.

  • My artist signature will remain on the artwork. This may not apply to commercial projects if otherwise agreed.

CLIENT RIGHTS

​You are ALLOWED to:

  • Re-upload the artwork on your own social media, unless otherwise agreed, with credit to the artist.

  • Resize or crop the artwork without substantially altering it.

​

​You are NOT ALLOWED to:

  • Change, modify, or use the artwork for purposes that were not discussed and agreed upon.

  • Take credit for the artwork.

  • Remove my watermark or signature.

  • Use my artwork for AI-related or blockchain-related technology, including cryptocurrency, NFTs, DALL-E, or similar technologies, without my explicit permission.

COMMERCIAL USAGE

​

  • Commercial usage must be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins. Additional fees may apply depending on the intended use of the artwork.
